For the last few weeks i've noticed a huge appetite increase. I have not changed anything, except start school, wake up earlier, eat the same amount of blocks but more spaced out. I feel i can sit and eat double of what I'm currently eating... ideas?

If you want to gain weight, eat more (fat blocks I believe if you're on the zone). If you don't, drink more water to quell your appetite. Pretty simple, no?

Fill up of veggies and other high fiber foods. (plus extra water). Also find out the foods that fill you up. For example if you are full eating protein, maybe you up the protein a little. Try to get your protein from whole food sources (rather than liquid) so you have to digest it as well. You may also just need more daily calories based on your activity level. All depends on your goal of weight gain or loss.
