Run / Row / Ride Mod Conversions
I've seen the standard 5:4 ratio applied to rowing vs. running. For example, a MOD to a 400m run is generally a 500m row.
Is there a comparable conversion for riding on an airdyne? My quick, conservative calculation came up with a 3:1 ride/run ratio. Takes me about 2:50 to ride a mile on the airdyne and that would convert to an 8:30 or so mile pace. Seem reasonable? |
