starting a box

Hi i want as a crossfiter and entrepenur, open a box in my city. There are some already here, but i would love to hear from anyone here, what would you suggest me to start with, basic equipment, size of the space, etc. any details would help me a lot!

First off, do you have any training experience?
How much money do you have?
What is the cost of renting in your area?
