Over Active Psoas/Psoas Tendonitis
I've been limited on my training for the past two years due to what I now believe is an over active psoas, which is causing tendinitis. Long story short, I've torn the psoas twice. I had a labrum surgery in April because the orthopedic thought it was a torn labrum causing the pain. It wasn't. Two weeks ago I had a cortisone injection and it didn't help at all and I think may have made it worse.
I feel like I'm using the psoas when I shouldn't be, so its over active and gets irritated because of it. Glute med and min are strong though, so I'm pretty stumped. Any suggestions? |
