Bakers Cyst Rupture, help?
Hi all,
I developed a bakers Cyst (lump at back of knee) from a knee ligament injury. I then went in a BJJ comp and I believe I ruptured it. Lump is gone but my calf & foot are very swollen (but not discoloured), heaps of fluid, stiff but not overly painful. Been 10 days. Can train relatively pain free, but probably couldn't run. Any had the same, recovery, risks, thoughts? Thanks in advance! Matt from Oz |

Ruptured baker's cyst very common, most likely can resume things when pain and swelling gone. more concerning is knee ligament injury.
