Bicep Tendon Issue

This is not an often occurring condition but ever since I was a teenager (45 now) when doing biceps curls or lifting something at work my right arm would occasionally lock in the concentric position. It would slowly release while trying to pull it open and I would have to stretch it out. Does this condition have a name? Thanks.

Re: Bicep Tendon Issue

could be something called osteochondritis dissecans where a piece of bone gets stuck in joint, would recommend a visit to orthopedist with X-ray. Joint locking not a good thing.
