WOD Themes
I was curious if any you had seen or been apart of a WOD theme. For example our Box is doing a "Zombie WOD" for halloween. I've seen another box doing a "hair metal" wod.. just curious what else you guys have seen..I plan to use some ideas for our box, to spice things up.

I have done a number of music-themed workouts at our box. They have never involved dressing up in any way though
