Hey, this morning I was lazy and only wanted to use one pot so I did the following:

Put in slow cooked oatmeal
halfway through added 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
mixed it all together
added 2 eggs (cracked them into the pot then mixed it all up with a spoon)
cooked it for a few more minutes on medium to make sure the eggs were cooked

I was expecting it to come out tasting pretty bad, but it's not bad at all. You can barely taste the eggs, but they do make the oatmeal stick together more. They also make it less dry tasting than when its just peanut butter.

I wrote the above after the first couple bites. I'm almost done now but I'm struggling.

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes for you

Hey Adam,

I know that Kasha is making a grain by mixing it with raw egg and then frying it with the egg before adding water and cooking normally. You might try that version sometime!
