I was wondering if there are some suppliments that I can take to help me gain more muscle, but lose weight at the same time?

Brian,
Heavy doses of Crossfit and Zone  Personally I wouldn't worry about taking anything yet. When I started Crossfit I just focused on the workout and my diet. Until I saw very noticable weight loss, and I was eating proper, I didn't start to take any protein or anything else. |

Brian, get everything else in line: Exercise, diet, lifestyle your then 99.9% there. Then let's look at suppliments. Fish oil and a good protein powder are the only thing you need to worry about now.

Yep. Concur. Would only add water! It's the best anabolic out there (so says Dan John). Lots of water helps the body recover after a hard workout and helps flush the bad stuff out!
See other threads here for more about this! |
