am fearing yet another knee injury!

this is a bit of a strange one for me. i have ruptured my left knee medial ligament twice, left knee cruciate once and left kne cartliage once, so i fully understand the pain ,when this occurs.
ive was doing plenty of cardio and unweighted (bodyweight exercises) with no problems but after some advice on here (as i was desperate to strenghen my body so i can do the wods as they are supposed to be done) i started the wendler 5-3-1. i got all my 1xrm sorted and worked from there.
heres where the problem starts. i split my lifting over 4 days and am already seeing huge gains. monday is bench, tuesday squat, thurs press and friday deadlift. everything weas going well until the friday (even all my squats on tuesday pain free) when i was deadlifting i felt a sharp pain in my right knee, (which is my good knee) just above the knee cap at the base of the quad. i took it steady from there and didnt push too hard in case of further damage, since then its been fine all weekend and monday. but tonight on squat night its been painfull on every rep. im fine on the lowering phase and at the bottom, but from half way back on the up phase to the top its really painfull. feels a bit like when i had damaged my left cruciate.
any ideas what this may be? i also ran 2k after my sqauts and did some some jump rope ( to practice du's) and absolutely no pain at all.

Re: am fearing yet another knee injury!

could be a quadriceps tendonitis or patellofemoral syndrome from overuse
