If i recall, our recommended daily intake of potassium is 3,500 mg. How can we obtain that much? every potassium supp I've seen is less than 300mg, and we'd have to eat like over 20 bananas a day to get that much. Anyone here think they get enough potassium? Ive added it up in everythign i eat, well "eyeballed the % value and it doesnt even come close to 100%.
