If I am around town or on the road a rotiserie chicken and nuts, avacados, fruit, around town a favorite is chicken terriyaki, double salad, no rice, no sauce. Meat and veggies are all over the place you just have to request that the refined carbs be held and or replaced.

Some of my favorites when I run out of time:
Chicken Tenders from Burger King
Fish Filet with 1/2 bun from Burger King or McDonalds
Trail mix
KFC without the skin

Are there any bulk size, affordable bags of nuts, trail mix, or dried fruit?

A response so perfect in its elegance, its simplicity, and its bluntness, I have a new reason to be in awe of Robb Wolf.

There is a need for patriotism right now, sorry if it sounded harsh. I didn't mean for it to be.
