Anyone have the P-3 mounted to ceiling rather than wall?? Needing to replace my current pull up bar.

Re: Rogue P-3 on ceiling??

John,
I mounted 4 of the brackets to my garage ceiling last summer. I have 2 pullup bars at the 22" hole with a shorter bar in the middle at 14" to hang rings from. They have worked great. Just follow the instructional video that Rogue has. I have had over 500# total on the bars and they have been fine.

You can easily hang them from your ceiling. It will be more likely that you will pull your rafters out than have any issue with the brackets.

Yep I've got a P-3 mounted on the ceiling with bar through the 22" hole. I've been kipping on it for about 6 months and it's been rock solid.
