Ok I would like to set up some rings at home but where and how do you guys put them up so you can do muscle ups? I have a garage with 8'-6" ceiling and a deck out back with only about 7' walking clearance underneath. Any ideas or pics you can send my way would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Rings???

My garage has a bit taller ceiling I think 12 ft or more. I used eyelet screws up into the house frame. I know rogue also makes a system to bolt into the ceiling.
Cars are better kept outside of the garage!
