Rotator cuff?

Hi all,
I'm starting to have a little pain in my right shoulder. I localized what causes the pain and I was wondering if anyone knew what this might be. Basically if my arm is bent at 90 degrees and internally rotated (like a scarecrow with the arms pointing down) and then I try to externally rotate up to horizontal with resistance. It does not hurt without applying resistance and it does not hurt to IR at all or ER above horizontal. Any ideas? Thanks for any help,
