Paul Chek - C.H.E.K Institute

Hi im new to Crossfit and am currently trying a different workout each week. As a personal trainer i am always updating my knowledge etc. so Crossfit had been great for this and im looking to do my Level 1 cert soon. My boss is really looking into C.H.E.K training for herself and to use with clients but im not sure about it. Anyone use it?

The only stuff of theirs I have used is rehab courses. For what it's worth, that side of stuff is well researched and presented, and well regarded for work with patients (I am a chiro). Their exercise programs may not be the same, however.

Re: Paul Chek - C.H.E.K Institute

I thought about doing CHEK to but didn't. I have done a course called Metabolic Precision by Paul Cribb. The course is based on nutrient timing around when you train. The first part of the course is nutrition based and the second part is the practical part. It's a great program and it will increase your income.
He does these courses in melbourne over a weekend so it would mean you would probably have to spend a night hear but it's worth it.
He usually only runs them once a year. (wfs)
