Approx LBM: 115

Goal: Lose fat to make body weight stuff easier. NOT lose a lot of strength. Complete the challenge (yes, that is a goal). Specific numbers? Not sure where I should be. Erin, we're similar. What do you think is achievable for me? I'm thinking I would like to be at 150-155, and be able to string together a couple of kipping pullups on CFCC's bar. 10+ strict pushups would be great.
I forgot to add, just for my own quick reference, here's the macros I'm aiming for daily.

PRO: 115g (on training days, 25g will come from oats&whey pre-workout and 10g immediately post workout, so I'll have 80g leftover to hit with whole foods)
CHO: 120g on rest days, 150 on training days (On training days the extra 25g will come from the oats&whey powder preworkout)
FAT: 60 g

In order to not go nuts, I'm allowing myself +/- a little in each arena with the intent to get as close as possible. If I find that 2 or 3 days in a row I'm getting high or low I will dial in a bit. Also, I do my best to pack but sometimes I just can't do it. Today I ate my lunch at Wegman's, and made all good choices (grilled chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, and green beans) but because I think it was all cooked with oil I'm gonna add 7 grams of fat to my intake to make up for it. Plus I did the best I could with WAMing. I'm obviously not going to be horking down nachos here when I go out for meals, but I need to be realistic about what I can maintain. And I'm going to do my best to cook most of my food so I can be sure about what's going in it.

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

LOL @ Rach and Shana.

Here's today's fitday.

http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJour...wner=mlwaldeck

Summary:

1520 calories
FAT 53g
CHO 126g
PRO 147g

Actually did pretty well seeing as how I thought the fat restriction would be hard for me. Greg, please weigh in. My fat was a little low but this doesn't include how much was added to my lunch at Wegman's for cooking. And my protein was high (aiming for 115). CHO was low for a training day. I feel pretty great right now, PRd on my press today! Didn't eat breakfast, ate lunch at 12:45 and just finished dinner at 8:15.

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

For today, 8/6:
http://fitday.com/fitness/PublicJour...wner=juniperkd

Calories: 1525 (I was shocked by this, until I realized that the 25 grams of Dextrose I took before my work out was 100 calories, so I guess this is ok)
Protein: 118.3 g (+ 3g)
Carb: 134.7 g (- 10g)
Fat: 54.9 g (not counting fish oil) (-3g)

This is the closest I've been to hitting all of my diet goals!
I have to say, that True Protein Dextrose is realllllllly sweet, almost to the point of being disgusting. I even ordered the unsweetened kind (because I figured you don't need to add sweetener to sugar!). I drank it mixed with my protein powder, in about 10 oz of water, but that didn't cut the sweetness much. Anybody else try the Dextrose yet and have any suggestions for how to mix it?

Well here is my day

http://www.fitday.com/fitness/FoodLo...ate=1281052800.

I went wayyyyy low. Wierd cause yesterday I I ate more than any other day and was hungry all day. Today I ate the least but was the least hungry.......hmmmmmm Anyways my total numbers

Calories 1661 (-274)
Pro 123 (-22)
Carb 136 (-34)
Fat 75 Damn............dead on

I must say, it has been 6 days since I had and food that came from a grain.....and I do feel pretty damn good. I felt like I had a lot of energy this week even though I think I cut my calories by half......Still hit a Front squat, Dead Lift and Press PR for Peak Week.....could not do 100lbs dead hang pull up so the PR remains at 95lbs

Re: Cfcc Bccc 2010

Greg,

Question: If doing an OLY class or Gymnastics on a day we do not do a METCON do we still do the pre/post workout before?
