Here are my totals:

Pro - 169.0
CHO - 96.5
Fats- 113.5

Low again on carbs.

Here is what I ate:
Brazil Nuts - 6 nuts
Grilled Chicken Breast - 1 Cup
Salad Mix - 12 oz
Roasted Whole Cashews - Wegmans (1/4 Cup)
Carrot - 7" by 1" diameter x 2



NY Strip Steak - 9 oz cooked
Green Beans - 1 Cup
Cole Slaw


NY Strip Steak - 4.5 oz cooked
Rice - white - 1 cup
Salad Mix
Roasted Whole Cashews - Wegmans (1/4 Cup)
Grilled Chicken Breast - 1/4 Cup
Rice Paper - 2 sheets

Breakfast

3 eggs tsp EVOO
sweetpotatoes - protein powder - applesauce
shot of fish oil

snack: orange bell pepper

lunch: turkey burger and asparagus tsp olive oil - 8 oz coconut water
snack: 1 oz. paleokrunch
dinner: 1.5 cups of grapes and paleokit

I'll probably add in a banana or a few beers to round out my calories

Well, I think today was my closest day to hitting the nail on the head. I was plus or minus 5 grams in each of the macros. I stayed pretty active today doing a 3 mile run then hill sprints in the morning, then Oly at 9 and then gymnastics in the evening. I took a nice nap and basically relaxed all day. Chillen right now and planning for Thursday.

Day 3...
Took a rest day to go out for a friend's bday, which also meant I had to eat dinner out, which means my totals are definitely off as I really have no idea what went into the food. Here's what I ate.

Breakfast
Smoothie with soy milk, blueberries, strawberries, a banana, and some spinach
Scrambled eggs with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, onion, and spinach

Lunch
Chicken salad
Little bit of broccoli
Carrots - 3 oz

Dinner
Some hummus and pita
4 chicken/beef meatballs
Seafood springrolls

Totals-ish
Probably not too accurate...
1595 calories
73.3g fat
151.4g carbs
94.3g protein

I am taking one serving of Carlson fish oil a day.

Do I count that twords my daily intake of fat since it is 4 or 5G

Carb: 147g (should have been 155g with the 35g pre-workout, but not bad!)
Fat: 55.5g (-2g)

Today's metcon kicked my butt, but I can tell I'm making some nice gains with strength this week. Running on the other hand... blech! I know I'm just impatient, but I'm looking forward to the effect that getting increasingly more lean will have on my speed.

I think Greg said no to this. Or at least that's what my notes say in huge caps. There has to be a reason for such drastic choice of characters.
