Crossfit goes to College

After reading this article on the main site I am excited to see what is available for me. I too am a Kinesiology professor and I taught an Analysis of Fitness class and used the crossfit methodology. In the spring semester I taught a Strength Program class and used the crossfit methodology again. This summer I currently teaching the same strength program class. So like the article says is there a possibility of going to a Certification to get more knowledge.
I do not know how to contact Mr. Glassman so maybe this will help.
Thanks so much.

Re: Crossfit goes to College

Go to crossfit.com. Scroll down and look on the right hand side where it says "Level 1 Certificate Course." Find one that is open and sign up for it. That's all you need to do.

Re: Crossfit goes to College

In the article, Crossfit paid for him to do the certification. So that was my question and request. Thanks for replying.

EricLee, go look through the CFJ and sometime last year, Glassman presented at a presentation of something like the ACSM or some board of exercise types.

Anybody remember what I'm talking about?

CF L1 training guide at the CrossFitJournal. For 25 bucks, it's an awesome resource.
