Fort Leonard Wood, MO

I both drill and work @/on Fort Leonard Wood, MO; and I'm just starting out on the CrossFit program. Have all sorts of motivation and will do this myself if I have to (going today to Lowe's to pick up supplies for a DIY parellette/chinup bar) but would REALLY like to have some friends to do this with. Anyone in this area?

There used to be a small group in Rolla, MO at Missouri S&T last semester. At one time there were about 6 of us, but I got too busy with graduating to keep going. Let me know and I can get you some contact information.

They don't seem to be an official affiliate, but you might be able to hook up with them.

I'm sorry that I haven't seen this before. Did you find your answer? I am stationed at FLW. There are quite a few CF'ers but spread out. They are hosting a level 1 cert here next weekend. Also, Cunningham is set for Crossfit as far as rowers, rings, wall balls, bumpers, etc. I tend to do most of my CF'ing at home. Let me know if you need any help. My email is

Just a heads up guys, I'm going to be paying a visit to the area, eMailed Todd and plan to get together with some of the folks in the area.
