Great work!

Isn't it so much better seeing your OWN strength, stamina, and endurance climb in a numerically demonstrated way rather than an online video game characters? Time SO much better spent.

Keep it up!

Great job, you look at least 10 years younger. Probably extended your life by at least that amount as well.

Re: My journey--Crossfit saved my life.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I've decided to keep a fitness log to track my progress.

http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=57828

It may not seem as hardcore as what I've been seeing on the site but I'm working on getting there. I really have a desire to become a better athlete. I didn't start out really wanting to be one--I just wanted to lose the weight but an interesting thing happened along the way.

I found out more about who I was as a person. I guess the most interesting thing about Crossfit to me is the psychological aspect---pushing the envelope so to speak. Going beyond what you thought was possible.

Re: My journey--Crossfit saved my life.

David, I think you've done more by losing 200lbs than most everyone who CrossFits.

Taking radical steps to change the momentum of your lifestyle is a HUGE leap of faith and effort, and succeeded at that shows a determination that most people in the world never know.

THIS is what CrossFit is about, not the elites.

Awesome job!
