I DID IT!! I did RX Deadlifts of 155!!!! Before I was only able to do 143.5! I was SOOO excited! Also, on the 200m run I did a hill run which I am definitely feeling today, but it was GREAT!! My total time was 19:32. Great workout

Today's WOD:
"Cindy"
AMRAP
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

Benchmark so I need to look at my PR and try and beat it!!

Okay..ended up getting off work late and didnt go do Cindy.

But I did workout Saturday, Sunday, and yesterday.

Saturday's Workout was:
"Friends til the end"
Complete the following with a partner:
400m dumbbell carry (25lbs)
Switch off as necessary but dumbbells can't touch the ground
200 kettlebell lunge steps (we both did 100 and used 35lb kb)
100 hang power cleans (each did 50, I did 77lbs)
Then you are on your own for:
20 burpees
400m overhead plate carry ( carried 15kg)
Did this in a time of 24:16

Sunday's Workout:
"Run Faster"
1600m run
then AMRAP for the remaining 20 minutes of:
3 push jerks (did 77bs)
5 push ups
7 kb swings (35lbs)
9 box jumps
I did my mile in 7:30 which is good for me! and completed 10 rounds..kicked *** this workout!

Yesterday's WOD was:
"wall ball is king"
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
200m run ( I did the hill run)
20 wall balls (14lbs)
10 pull-ups
I did 6 rounds..pull-ups get me every time but I am getting better at them!!

Finally, today's wod will be:
"Cluster"
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Thrusters
10 box jumps
10 anchored situps
After each round of thrusters you do the box jumps and situps
RX is 95lbs..don't think I can get that much over my head. I am going to try and do 88lbs but I think the most I have done over my head is 86 so we will see how I do!

Whew! THat was long!

Yesterday's WOD took me so long! BUT, I did rx with 95lb cleans and did my first 5 rounds full on clapping push ups. THEN, I switched to just doing pushups where when I come up I move my hands to the center..still getting the same explosiveness so it helps me get stronger for clapping pushups..I also decided to do the 200m hill run instead of the flat run..it was a good workout..I was just really slow..at least I was RX on 1/2 of it though and then continues RX with cleans and didn't go to my knees on the pushups!!
My time was 33:24 I can only improve from there right?

Today's WOD is:
"track star"
800m run
Then for the remainder 20 minutes AMRAP of:
14 box jumps
7 ring dips
7 front squats (RX is 65lbs, Firebreather is 95)

I am going to use a band to assist with ring dips and try and front squat 88lbs

Yesterday's WOD went really well. I used the skinny band for the dips and although I probably could have done more,I squated 77lbs...I did 9 rounds total plus 1 more round of box jumps. My run was 3:42...wish it was faster...I am always slow at the start of runs and then pick it up..oh well..

Today's WOD:
"Fat Helen"
5 Rounds

400m Run
21 KB Swings 53/35 FB 70/53
12 Pull ups FB C2B pull ups

So, I was feeling really bogged down on Friday and my body was really achy so I decided that I was going to take 2 days in a row off from Crossfit and let my body heal. I took off Friday and Saturday and then yesterday I was in a 10k race called Beat the Bridge here in Seattle. I ran the 5 miles in 40:32. I am kinda sore today but I think that time is good seeing as the only training I have had for it is crossfit!

Today's WOD is:
"5 Minute Intervals"
4 Rounds (100% max effort rounds)

400m Run
Then...
AMRAP in the remaining 5 minutes of:
7 Box Jumps
10 Burpees

Rest 3 minutes

Did Monday's workout in 9 rounds and total score of 191 reps because you count all the reps that you did in the next round even if you didn't complete that full round. This workout was TOUGH! Haven't sweat that much in awhile!

Yesterday I got off work to late to make the class but tonight's WOD was:
4 Rounds

1 minute Wall Ball 20/14
:30 Sec Rest
1 minute Power Clean & Jerk 95/65
:30 Sec Rest
1 minute Box Jumps 24"/20"
:30 Sec Rest
1 minute Row (cals)
:30 Sec Rest
1 minute KB Swings 53/35
1 minute rest between rounds

Score is total reps

Did it with a total score of 503...one of the highest scores of the day I was pretty proud!

Taking tomorrow off because I have a dinner party to go to but will definitely go Friday!

Need to get better at posting. Did that last workout with the highest score at the gym of 503!! It was tough but felt great!

Last night's WOD was:
2000m row
100 burpees
100 double unders
200 situps
1 mile run

You could break it up however you wanted. I did:
1 mile run
2 rounds of:
25 burpees
500m row
2 rounds of:
50 double unders
100 situps
25 burppees
1000m row
25 burpees

Finished in 38 minutes flat...burpees were tougher than normal for me...think I could have gotten a faster time but it was one hell of a workout. Have family in town today so taking today off...hoping to get to go in the morning!

Gonna work on pull-ups and pushups too I think. Gonna start the 100pushup challenge thing.

Today's Set for Pushups:
Rest 60 seconds between each set ofL
Set 1: 10 pushups
Set 2: 12 pushups
Set3: 7
Set 4: 7
Set 5: Max...have to get at least 9

This week is 3 days so I will do M,W,F for the pushups each time will be a new set...curious about this little program!

Last night's WOD seemed tough for some reason even though I took 2 days of rest. I still managed 7 rounds and cleaned 88lbs but I think I could have done 95lbs. I also did a hill run for my 200m. I also did day 1 of pushups...I think this will be a good program for me! I am excited for it!

Today's WOD:
"NWCF Regional WOD 4"
30 Double unders
30 Thrusters 115/77 FB 135/95
30 Pull ups
30 KB Swings 53/35

20 Double unders
20 Thrusters (same load)
20 Pull ups
20 KB Swings

10 Double unders
10 Thrusters (same load)
