New to the board, but have been lurking for a while. I had a question about how important it is to get the prescribed rest day. I am interested in military fitness and still need to get some road work in, but will this lead to overtraining. I usually keep it low intensity because the WOD has enough HIT in it. I beleive Crossfit is the best workout protocal around and wanted to say thanks to everyone for providing a great site. There is not much in this world that you can get for free. Thanks again!
