Crossover Symmetry and Shoulder Impingement
In light of the recent shoulder impingement videos, I was curious if anyone had used the Crossover Symmetry product. http://www.crossoversymmetry.com/pro...st.php?secid=8 (WFS) Is this type of training worthwhile? It seems to smack of isolated muscle movements.
Here's an article from the seller on shoulder impingement. (also WFS) http://www.crossoversymmetry.com/pdf...l_05-18-09.pdf |

Re: Crossover Symmetry and Shoulder Impingement
the exercises and ROM are pretty standard shoulder injury rehab stuff
its all about the range on motion and resistance there is nothing new here except the marketing and $184 $224 0r $304 some bungee cord, good knots, 2 handles (single cable grip)(webbing and pvc pipe), webbing buckle grommets, couple quick links, some web research, your neighbors fence ......... <$50 send me $100 i'll send you a kit for same exercises, exercise references/user manual shipping included special myofascia shoulder release device (shaped like tennis balls) (or special wooden goose egg) included with first 100 orders.......... |
