Calling all Affiliates to share their supercool Team Based Workouts!

Team Affiliates:

Don't fib: you've all been there before...

You love the mainsite WOD protocol.
You program effective, challenging WOD's.
You have a mixed group of differing levels of athletes.
You understand the power equation, and the relationships between M, W, and G.

But, once in awhile, you just want to "have fun" with your crew.

You've played cards
You've run relays
You've done team AMRAP's

But you've got "programmers writers block"

Calling as many and all to submit their unique approaches to Team Based WOD's especially situations where you have an odd number of athletes show up for the WOD.
