Matt's Log

Today was my first official WOD:
135-155(fail)-145-145-145-145-145
Still need to work on my form and get comfortable with the Jerk. I should be able to raise my PR very soon.
After that went on to do shoulder press 95lbs 12-10-8 then push press 105lbs 12-10-8

didnt have the rowing machine so i did sumo high pulls instead.

Completed the workout in 9:30. then sat down and tried not to pass out.

5K today: finished in 21:00 had to do it on a treadmill due to a dust storm. will be back in the gym in a few hours to do my strength training workout.

Just finished my strength work out for the day:
12-10-8 Dumb bell bench press with 60lb dumb bells
12-10-8 flys with 35lb dumb bells
12-10-8 pull downs at 40lbs per arm

60lbs felt really good will increase to 65 next chest day
