Better and better, every day every way.

Hi! I decided to seriously do crossfit for a while when my normal training got rather flat. I have competed in strongman, powerlifting and highland games before. Currently I am rather out of shape and have gained some weight recently. I hope to stick to my nutrition program and get in better shape lose about 20# of fat from now until the summer.

OHS- 85x3
95x3
120x2- Lost balance and dropped forward, weak shoulders
150x3
150x2- Same thing as on set #3.
-I really thought I would be way stronger on these, but man are they hard!

Mr. Joshua

Did the runs on a treadmill and cut down the length to .15 miles after the first one. Also did situps for the first round then had to switch to crunches. Used the whole 250# for the deads. Took me about 40 minutes, maybe a little bit less I didn't keep real close track of the time. I am completely wrecked right now. I almost yacked all over the windows in front of my treadmill at the yupster gym I go to.
I am really excited to see what I get to do tomorrow!

WOD- HSPU's and L Pull-ups

Did one L Pullup, then switched to regular pu's for the remainder and had to switch to the assisted and then gravitron and chins, after pu's did leg raises. HSPU's sucked at first but then I got way better. Not sure if facing the wall is okay or not.
