Hi all. I tried the false grip in order to do a bar muscle up and could not do one pullup. with a normal grip I can do over twenty. Are my forearm flexors that weak or is there something else to it? I put the bar over the wrist crease and flexed my wrists so that my finger tips touched the bar. Any suggestions?

Practice everyday on your grip.

Check out this work and family safe site. Go to the muscle up portion.
