Kryptonite

So I started eating right about eight months back. I lost around 6% body fat since then. This was after eating sandwiches and crackers for years and years, wondering the whole time why that didn't seem to work. Anyway, I stick mainly to lean protein, fruits, veggies and nuts.

Then again...sometimes I break weak. I can and have said goodbye to my old friends the corndog, funyons and fried rice. I can and regularly do walk away from drinking more than about once every week or ten days.

But.

There is one thing against which I am powerless. I lay in a quivering heap, helpless to act and subject to need. It's my kryptonite. What is it?

Little. Debbie. Oatmeal. Cream. Pies.

My mom told my wife how much I liked them as a kid, and my wife promptly bought me a family sized box. Pure sugar, might as well be condensed cotton candy for all the sugar in them.

I still can't help eating one a day. I love them, and I can't wait until they're gone.

So what's YOUR kryptonite?

Re: Kryptonite

Oh, definitely beer for me too. Ooh, and whiskey. And sometimes rum!

Food wise, probably pizza. Ooh, and cheeseburgers.. And sometimes Chips Ahoy cookies. So many others...

Let's just say the V-diet hasn't been easy.
