Fran - 6:59 with 95lbs and jumping pullups. Left shoulder was hurting the whole time. J/Ps felt pretty good, but I was breathless through the 2nd and 3rd sets of thrusters.

Ended the cycle with some deadlift and DUs.

Did 3x each weight, plus 15 DUs after each lift

115, 145, 205, 235, 255, 275, 300, 300, 310.

I'm going to sleep well tonight.

Good job on Fran Brady. I thought about the 95 lb, but scaled to 65 lb to keep my time down and it was difficult to make the 5 min. Tony

10 Handstand push-ups (regular pushups)
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
25 Box jumps, 30 inch box
50 Pull-ups (jumping pullups)
100 Wallball shots, 20 pounds, 10'
200 Double-unders
Run 400 meters with a 45lb plate

32:35 (or something)

So, Sunday morning I went to the office to get Seven done. I basically hopped out of bed, changed, and got in the car. Started warming up, felt very stiff. Pushed the warmup and was rushing through my deadlifts. Back didn't feel right. Warmed up to the 245 (with higher weight jumps than normal) doing sets of 3. On my third 245, I got lazy putting the weight down. Pulled something in my lower back. I've been out on my back for 2 days. Feeling about 80% today. I'm going to attempt shoulder press, but not going to rush it. I was very upset with myself. Still am.

So, I was down for the count until this last Sunday. On Monday I did:

21-15-9 75lb OHS and jumping pullups - 5:20

Going to do the deadlifts today, but may stay at a moderate weight so as not to screw up my back again. Then I want to do yesterday's 5-10-20 workout.

Deadlifts were good:

245-265-285-295-300

Then I did 12 min AMRAP

5x135lb front squats
10xjumping pullups
20x doubleunders

Got 5 rounds plus squats plus 7 jumping pullups
