Jason,
thanks!!! i'll be loging on every monday. i love mixing crossfit with swimming heres my favorite. "boom" swim 10 lengths -10 push-ups swim 10 lengths -10 sit-ups swim 10 lenghts -10 squats swim 8 lengths -20 push-ups swim 8 lengths -20 sit-ups swim 8 lengths -20 squats continue to swim 2 lengths -50 push-ups swim 2 lengths -50 sit-ups swim 2 lengths -50 squats ends up being 2500yrds and 150reps in a standard pool. i swim in a 33.3yrd pool so it's 3000yrds. keep them coming! ratt |

Jason,
I'm sorry I haven't replied before now...my PM email server is different than my personal one (and I can't use both at once)...I guess that doesn't make sense, but the end result is it's hard to send out emails via that way. Anyway, I offered you a series of swim workouts that I've used over the past few months... I nearly met Pukie in the pool a couple of times, it's great! Let me know if you are interested and I'll pass them along. :-) |

Roger that!
Now that I look at Bob's, these seem tame, but here ya go. 5 or 10 rounds for time: Swim lap, 10 Push-ups, Swim lap, 10 sit-ups, Swim lap, 10 squats 5 rounds for time: Underwater length, 10 sit-ups, swim back, 10 push-ups, underwater length, 15 flutter kicks (four count), swim back, 10 squats Any of the above with a steady increase of cals works good too. Anywhoo...just some thoughts. |

Jason, What the weight in pounds/poods for the kb swings for the 3/25 swim workout? I assume the wall ball is the standard 20#. Looks mighty nasty.
