Just wondering what my basic warmup would be for something like Crossfit and the WOD. I've heard there is a generic warmup that I can customize later, but I haven't been able to find a trace of it (me and computers are not so good together) I'm a little confused as to how I should prepare since I've been told that stretching doesn't take place until after the workout is over.
Any help at all (a basic plan even), would be appreciated. Hoping to get into the WOD tomorrow!! Couldn't today for lack of a proper weight set.
