not starting, starting over

OMG! Ouch! I had to take a break. A knee injury, some stunt work, a summer vacation for the kids, all prevented me from maintaining my workout of the day regime. I am 55 and if you stop for that long, you lose so much. Well, starting, again, is like starting. And I am hurting! I love it. I do embrace the suck! Thanks Crossfit! BTW-- I have several people believing, as I do, in what fitness really is. This is the way.
