Pull Up Prais!!

Here's a post from my log from almost 3 months ago exactly!

Pullups = 4/6/2008 (1 PU per Minute)
1 - strict
2 - jumping
3 - jumping
4 - jumping/negatives
5 - jumping/negatives
6 - negatives
7 - negatives

And Now - 3 Months Later ...

7/5/08

Death by Pull-ups

5 rounds strict/kip
6 - 8 Jumping
9 and 10 negatives

10 rounds total w/ 5 un-assisted

That's an increase of 3 overal rounds (27 pullup progressions) with the first 15 of the 55 total being un-assisted!

This stuff works!
