Hello,
I would like to know if someone can help me find out what medical tests as well as what values for them would indicate a person is fit. Reading the October 2002 Crossfit Journal issue I saw a very interesting graphic indicating a continuum from sickness to wellness to fitness, as well as some examples of health values measurables along that line, e.g., body fat : 40 % (pathological), 20 % (normal), 10 % (fit). Some of them are pretty common (blood pressure, cholesterol), however, for a non-expert like me, knowing what values to aim for means a lot of research to do. Thanks in advance. Luis Ontaneda |

I just saw the trial journal issue is the same that the October 2002, entitled "What is fitness ?".
That may be interesting for people without that specific issue. Regards, Luis Ontaneda |
