What are everyone's opinions on the accuracy of these measurments?

http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/BodyComp.html

This is a great website, but fat% measurment came out to be 4.1% I certainly doubt Im that low. My four site measurment procedure that came with my accumeasure is what I've been using for the past few months, and it has shown me that I've gone from 12.4% to 7.9% in a month. The folds did get a lot smaller, and I look leaner, but 4.1%(according to this site after taking the 7 measurments) seems too phenomenal for me.

some more basic measurements and easier for we non-scientists;can you look doown and see your entire foot(i was thinking something else for us guys but p.c. ya know); are you shaped like a V or a pear? do you jiggle when you walk? can you see muscles? or dimples? do you need to wear your shirt untucked? do you need elastic waistband pants(only time this is appropriate is if pregnant woman)? are you oggled? does your car stay in a flat plane when you get into it or does it sink 6" even with heavy duty suspension? you get the idea.

Roy-

It is likely accurate. Check pubmed and look for articles describing the bracketing of this technique and also the standard deviations/coefficient of variation.
