Gravitron Jacks You UP?

I reported about a shoulder pain a couple weeks ago on here. I finally narrowed it down and figured it out. My shoulder hurts cause of the darn gravitron!

When I do assisted pullups, negative pullups or reg pullups on a regular bar my shoulder feels fine. But when I do them on the gravitron my shoulder hurts like hell could this be because the gravitron doesnt let me have the grip i normally use and forces my shoulders and grip out wider?

Yep could be. Hammer grip isn't that great either.

You would think they would make a machine that is just a normal pullup bar, eh? Sometimes the squat or power racks have a pullup bar attached to them.. try to use that and do negatives or jumping pullups.
