Randy Coture will be on tonight's episode of "Pro's vs. Joe's" on Spike TV after the fights. I can't wait!

Holy cow Randy put on a submission clinic last night. I actually felt bad for the Joe's. I think that Randy submitted them all at least 5 times.

I know how hard I work for one submission in 6 minutes let alone busting out a minimum of 5 in 5 minutes. I humbly allow that is why he is a pro and I am a joe.

I really enjoyed watching him move from submission to submission.

Yeah, I was SO looking forward to it. By the end, I felt bad for the Joe's. They were clearly NOT enjoying themselves.

It was pretty funny that none of them were trash-talking Randy in the locker room. Nor would I, nor would I.

Can't believe I mucked up the spelling on Randy's name, twice. I hope he doesn't read this and kill me... :bolt:
