With more and more people making those WOD videos I wanted to ask the following:

- What kind of cameras are people using or finding easy to use?
- What kind of software do you use/need to add the music, titles, etc.
- Do you post the videos on your own website or use Youtube and link to it somehow?

Plus any other tips and secrets would be appreciated.

I have a Cannon mini dv camera, it works great. I shoot my videos, and upload them with windows movie maker. I use windows movie maker to add titles, music etc. This is very user friendly and if you have a PC, you probably have this program. Here's the latest one. It's a Crossfit workout using kettlebells and sandbags.

Thus far, I've just been using my digital camera. I can't swing a video recorder right now, but I can swing the $25 for a bigger memory card that'll hold ~13 minutes of video on my Olympus.
