It amazes me to see people in there 70's and 80's who are hardly mobile and then see this guy and that other Japanese fellow still going hard well into their 90's. A guy I work with doesn’t want to live past 70 because he’s convinced that by then you’re going to be old, decrepit, useless and run the risk of breaking your hip if you bend over. Well if you smoke a pack a day, eat a jumbo taco named after yourself everyday and your only exercise is the odd session on a Bowflex, then I imagine there’s a good chance you’ll turn into that old, useless, decrepit person you fear.

I’m done ranting.
