G'day

Great site...packed full of amazing info

39 yr old...5'11"..200lbs and based in Sydney, Australia....getting back into training after a couple of years off. A bit thicker around the waistband and out of shape but the WOD's should sort me out.....

Cheers

Dave

Whenever someone opens a CrossFit affiliate I recomend a name with the widest possible application, so perhaps for you folks: CrossFit Southern Hemisphere!

I'd love to be the one to do it, Robb. I'm just hanging out for the day that I can find at least one other person that doesn't think I'm insane for putting myself through the WOD 3/4 days.

OK, obviously they exist - see above, but Dave, Dave and I are, collectively, a couple of thousand kilometres away from each other...

Dave, hold your head high-
I'm half a kiwi; my dad was from lower hut.

How bout crossfit Sahul?

Sahul is the name given to the landmass created in the last ice age, comprising new guinea and all Aussie including tassie.
