Yesterday morning, probably just after the paper hit the street, I got an email from a guy asking about CrossFit resources here in Cincinnati based on his reading the Times article. He described himself as mid 30's, untrained, overweight and absolutely determined to get in shape and regain his health.

I didn't think much about his mention of the media coverage since I'd seen mention of other news lately here on the board...Then I read the article. Holy moly! To imagine somebody reading that and thinking "Hey, sounds like fun!" goes to show what's already been said; even negative press is good advertising.
