Any specific recommendations for returning to the WOD? I religiously did the WOD for 3 months and was very pleased with my improvement in strength and endurance for rock climbing activities. Unfortunately I aggrivated and existing shoulder injury. Now mostly rehabilitated, I want to resume WODs in a more gradual pace. If anyone has experimented with this, your thoughts are welcomed. Otherwise, I'll probably try a random approach by cutting the shoulder straining exercise reps by 50% for instance. I would like to avoid substitutions.

Visit http://forum.brandxmartialarts.com/ for scaled WOD's. They are a couple hours behind the official posting of the WOD on crossfit.com but they list the WOD as Rx'd and scaled for 3-4 different levels.
