Hello everyone,

Though it probably varies from state to state, what are (if any) the certifications or credentials that one must obtain before teaching? Do you have to be licensed as a Personal Trainer or complete some curriculum before you are allowed to teach?

Thanks much,

I assume you speak of teaching the Crossfit method/way/stuff. Attending the certification is the place to start. You will learn a bunch, meet people who will humble you, sweat, cry (okay, perhaps not cry), drink a few beers and have a lot of fun.
