I have a family history of Cholesterol problems, so my doctor was on my tail two years ago when I had a LDL count of 164. Took the test this week, and it came in at 133. His goal for me was to be at 160, so it proves further to me that Crossfit and the Zone works.

I'm down to 115 from 145 (?) and I'm not even really trying... this stuff works. HDL 59
