Fellow Crossfitters -- today, after doing Crossfit for just over a month (I started April 15th), I climbed to the top of the rope at Crossfit HQ and tapped the ceiling beam. I couldn't believe that I had done it! To top it off, I did it twice more after that!

This Crossfit stuff is amazing. After my very first workout with J-dog, I posted to the Starting board and made a public announcement that I was determined to climb the rope before my one-year anniversary. You can imagine my excitement when I climbed the rope just after my one-month anniversary!

And everyone at HQ is so damn encouraging, it almost brings a tear to the eye. All I can say is, if you think you can't do it, stop thinking that. Thanks to everyone who helped me get to the top of that last climb today!
