crossfitters at the annual disabled childrens christmas party. You gotta be crossfit for this...takes a strong heart, no SWEAT and a lot of tears. Stong bodies prepared to keep the rest safe, while they get stronger. http://www.crossfit.com/discus/messages/29/2311.jpg
