So the newest WOD challenge is this. Do a solid twenty rounds of...

5 pistols [per side]
10 t pushups [per side...will explain]
15 situps
5 dragons

I did 5 rounds in 5:02 today. Winded... felt awesome.

Pistols everyone knows.
T pushups are regular pushups, except then you bring one leg out to a ninety degree angle by your side.
Real situps.
Dragons... Lie face down stretched out with your arms together above your head. Push yourself off the ground using only fingers and toes.

I am aiming for twenty minutes by the end of the summer... hopefully 20 rounds in that time.
