Doing X fit for couple of weeks, first post into Log.

Weight: 204

Warm up: 500M C2 Row at easy pace

95 X 3
115 X 2
135 X 2
135 X 2
135 X 1
135 X 1
135 X 1
135 X 1
135 X 1

Still had Gas in me so pounded on the Heavy Bag for 20 minutes. Next time I may go a bit heavier. Was able to lift till the end with no loss of form.

Did Sunday 3-11 workout

Weight: 204

1000m at about 4 minute pace
70# Thusters (21)
1000m at about 4 minute pace
40# Thusters (21)
1000m at about 4 minute pace (needed breaks)
40# Thusters (21)(needed breaks)

Still not timing myself, but all workouts have been close to 30 minutes. Want to just push myself without using time until I really get a few more weeks under me.

subbed 26 lunges.
and only got in 4 rounds
need to work on my stamina
I thought i was in shape. These workout are tough. I need to get tougher.

Wednesday 070314

For time:
30 Handstand push-ups (subbed 20 shoulder presses at 95#)
10 Pull-ups (assisted)
20 Handstand push-ups (subbed 15 shoulder presses at 95#)
20 Pull-ups (15 assisted)
10 Handstand push-ups (subbed 10 shoulder presses at 95#)
30 Pull-ups (20 assisted)

My shoulders is a little sore by the left shoulder blade. Was still rough near the end.

10 leg raise to "L" No holding just lift
10 Dips

Then:500m C2 easy pace

Left neck sore from day before. Rest day needed.

Rest day

Never done Deadlifts:
My back is stiff. Not so much sore as stiff.
Went to the gym and sat in the jacuzzi.
Felt better but still a bit stiff.

Took week off

Did Micheal 3 rounds (800m run / 50 back extensions / 50 sit-ups)

Today did 7 sets of 2 front squats of 135#

half hour heavy bag. neck aching so didn't want to do any pull ups or strain it.

need a rest day.

Saw "Angie" WOD and looking forward to trying it.
