Been out of the game for a while due to some injuries I've needed to sure up, but I am gonna try to get my journal back up for you guys to read. My training is similar to what anthony bainbridge is doing, combining 5x5 training with crossfit. Generally I can keep up with anthony on all the 5x5 stuff, but he still leaves me in the dust with his WOD times.

(about an 80 yard sprint up a 30 degree incline)

Will start to post WOD's on here as soon as they are not embarrassingly slow. :-) Also, I will try to post some videos on here once I get closer to hitting some PR's on my Squats, Deads, and Bench.
